Rahman Austria launched a major campaign to revive the forests burned down by forest fires. In this context, the humanitarian association Rahma Austria distributed and planted 25,000 saplings in the Manavgat district of Antalya, providing support and income to the local people affected by forest fire.
Finally, Laurel and carob saplings were distributed to the villagers affected by the fire living in the districts of Yardköy and Tilkiler and planted by the representatives of the associations from Austria and Turkey. The villagers who bought the saplings thanked Rahma Austria and its donors. Rahma Turkey Branch President İskender Küçükoğlu said in a statement: "Within the scope of aid, we have carried out both the distribution and planting of 25 thousand saplings. With the sapling campaign we started, we are here both for the greening of the burned areas and for the distribution of laurel and carob seedlings, which those people living in our villages can make their living economically. I would like to thank all my brothers and sisters who contributed."
